Six-Week Challenge*Must be willing to attend training sessions 3-days per week*Must be prepared to document challenge results to include before and after photos.*Must be willing to follow our nutrition plan. This plan is important. We have a program that works, but only if you follow it!*Must enjoy working in a group training atmosphere.
